HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING ?
Shipping is a flat rate for all countries. We ship worldwide and work with DHL, and send from Bali.
- Free Shipping for order within Indonesia without minimum order.
- Free International Shipping for order above Rp2,999,000
- Taxes and duties will be payable upon your order arriving in your country.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
- There can be the occasional customs or courier delay, which may affect your delivery time frame.
- Please allow for 1-2 working days to pick and pack your order.
- Order will be sent between 3 to 7 days after receiving your order (depends of production time) and take from 7 to 10 days to arrive at destination.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- You will receive an email on confirmation of your order.
- Another email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
- For France, all orders are sent 1st to our warehouse in Lyon : You will receive a 1st DHL tracking number from Bali, Indonesia and then once arrived in our warehouse in DECINES, all orders are dispatched to you the same day of arrival, with a NEW COLISSIMO tracking number, and take usually 48h to be delivered to you.
