SHIPPING POLICY - AANOUKIS SWIMWEAR

Shipping is free without minimum purchase for Indonesia and Same Day delivery is available for selected area in Bali.

• Standard shipping takes 1 to 3 business days via JNE.
• Same Day delivery via Gojek is free within Canggu, Pererenan, Petitenget, Kuta, Seminyak and Kerobokan area.
• Additional IDR 50,000 will apply for Same Day delivery to Uluwatu, Ubud, and Nusa Dua.
• Discounted item(s) are not not eligible for free shipping and flat rate of IDR 50,000 will apply on both Standard Shipping and Same Day Delivery.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

• There can be the occasional courier delay, which may affect your delivery time frame.
  
• Please allow for 1-2 working days to pick and pack your order.
• Order will be sent between few days after receiving your order (depends of stock availability) and take from 1 to 3 days to arrive at your destination.
• Same Day delivery is available from 9AM to 4PM WITA (Bali time)

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

• You will receive an email on confirmation of your order.
• Another email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
• All orders are sent from our shop in Petitenget, Bali.
